The PTO is planning for the Spring Carnival on Saturday, June 2, 2012. This is a fun family event
that is held to reward the students for their hard work throughout the year and celebrate their achievements.
This event is paid for by the donations from area businesses, the basket raffle and a small admission fee.
Each grade level is being asked to donate items for a specific theme. We are requesting that each student bring in a
small, new, non-perishable item related to their theme. A box will be placed in each classroom for
collection of the donated items.
We are also looking for baskets for the raffle. If you have any unwanted baskets or have questions concerning the
raffle, contact Jodee Hardenberg at 610-703-1884 or raniemist@aol.com.
Please send all items in with your child by Friday May 11, 2012.
Basket Assignments for Carnival Basket Raffle:
- KDG/movie night: ex. movies, gift cards, boxed candy, etc.
- 1st gr/Family Game night: ex. games, books, stuffed animals, etc.
- 2nd gr/Arts & crafts: ex. Bday or scrapbooking supplies, etc.
- 3rd gr/Mom and dad comfort: ex. herbal tea, cookies, candles, mugs, slippers, etc.
- 4th gr/sweet treats: ex. chocolates, trail mix, Special K goodies, etc.
- 5th gr/summer fun: ex. beach balls, outdoor sports items, water play items, etc.
